Qualifications

• Must follow State and Federal health and safety policies.
• Wear clean uniform at all times: black pants or denim jeans, white collared shirt or Vallarta approved shirt, black non-slip shoes, dark socks, hair net/ Vallarta hat, clean apron.
• Wear safety gloves when using knives.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner.
• Prepare food and assist Cook as needed.
• Keep work area clean and organized; sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces.
• Ensure all food items are properly covered and stored at required temperatures.
• Follow management directions and promote teamwork.
• Assist with marketing promotional events and programs as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
