Qualifications

• Customer service and retail experience desirable.
• Valid Food Handlers Card required.
• Cash handling and basic math accuracy expected.

Responsibilities

• Proven track of providing excellent results, shows persistence and perseverance; maintain standards for service.
• Demonstrates care and compassion for people; builds positive team relationships.
• Maintains standards for quality, cleanliness, organization, customer service, safety, loss prevention, sanitation, store conditions and food safety.
• Assists the cooks with making specific dishes.
• Fills and restocks front counter utensils, water sanitizer, vegetables, and drinks.
• Follows procedures for voids, refunds, transaction cancellation and all saved recall transactions.
• Responsible for personal Cashier Productivity.
• Takes food orders in person and by telephone.
• All other duties as assigned.
