Job summary

Nationwide Kitchen Installers seeks kitchen cabinet design technicians to measure, design, and coordinate cabinet installations in residential homes. You will be involved in accurate space measurements, creating layouts, and discussing installation procedures with homeowners.

Applicants must be comfortable traveling within the designated area, own a valid driver's license, and be ready for 2–4 weeks of field training. Travel is expected across the Ohio/Western PA to Erie & NY State Line region.

We have immediate openings for kitchen cabinetry detailers. A professional in this role will perform duties in residential homes and will have an active understanding of kitchen carpentry, be efficient with a tape measure, and be able to discuss the installation procedure and techniques with homeowners.

Kitchen Cabinet Design Technician

The position of kitchen detailer requires an active understanding of the measurements required to create a kitchen design. Applicant should have experience in kitchen design and knowledge of the installation process as well. This position requires attention to detail while performing measurements in the customer’s home.

The applicant for this position needs to be comfortable working in residential homes and engaging with customers at a professional level. All measurements will be databased in our custom project management tool. Applicant must be confident and accurate in the utilization of a tape measure as measuring existing space and taking into consideration existing factors of the home are part of the perfect assessment.

Upon hiring, the applicant will go through 2-4 weeks of training in the field. This job is on the road in the designated area; our detailers are expected to travel within their territory and, under special circumstances, beyond. Due to the requirement of travel for this position, applicant must have their own vehicle and a valid driver’s license.

Nationwide Kitchen Installers is looking for candidates in Ohio/Western, PA, North of Pittsburgh to Erie & NY State Line. It is a requirement for all candidates to pass a background check. All scheduling is completed by our office team.

Northern Pittsburgh, North to NY State Line.

Pay

Bi-weekly.

Ability To Relocate

Our detailers are expected to travel for all jobs. Nationwide Kitchen Installers is looking to hire applicants in the areas we currently serve. If the applicant does not live in the specific areas but is willing to relocate, they must be relocated prior to starting the position.
