Responsibilities include consulting with clients, designing layouts using 3D tools, managing projects from kickoff to installation, and building strong relationships with clients and trades.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in kitchen cabinet sales and design.
- Proficiency in 3D design software for cabinetry projects.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills required.
Responsibilities
- Sales Consultation: Understand client requirements, preferences, and budget; advise on cabinetry options.
- Design Expertise: Create functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen, bathroom, and room layouts and collaborate with clients.
- Project Management: Oversee process from consultation to installation; coordinate with installation team.
- Relationship Building: Maintain communication with clients, builders, and contractors throughout project lifecycle.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on trends, materials, and designs; advocate for the brand.
