Job summary

S. W. Collins Company in Lincoln, ME is seeking a Kitchen and Bath Designer to join our growing design team. You will meet with homeowners and contractors, assess spaces, and translate dreams into practical, beautiful designs.

The role is full-time, with a schedule Monday–Friday and some Saturdays. You will gain access to ongoing training, vendor resources, and opportunities for advancement while earning hourly pay plus commission.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience preferred.
• Solid communication skills (oral and written).
• Strong customer relationship skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners and contractors to gather project requirements and present design concepts.
• Conduct job site visits to verify dimensions and ensure feasibility of designs.
• Apply product knowledge to create accurate, appealing kitchen and bath plans.
• Participate in ongoing training opportunities provided by S. W. Collins and vendor network.
