Job summary

ProSource Wholesale in Honolulu is seeking an Assistant Kitchen and Bath Designer to join our showroom team. You will support kitchen and bath design projects, track K&B orders, and prepare compelling product presentations for trade pros and customers.

You should have experience in sales or customer service, with at least 1 year of kitchen and bath design experience. Strong communication, organization, and Excel/Word skills are a plus in a fast-paced wholesale environment.

Qualifications

Experience in sales and/or customer service.
At least 1 year of experience in designing kitchens and bathrooms.
Comfortable presenting product selections to customers.
Detail oriented and well organized.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word and Email.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design preferred.

Responsibilities

Track and update the status of K&B projects.
Place and track order of all K&B products.
Communicate with sales team, customers and contractors.
Maintain the appearance of the Showroom's Kitchen and Bath displays.
Prepare product presentations.
Prepare and present product selections to customers.
Document project plans and communicate all updates to sales, design team and customers.
Develop product expertise on K&B products.
Quote, order and track K&B products.
Design projects in Cyncly Design Flex as needed.
Participate in educational events for trade professionals.
