Job summary

Lifespace Communities is hiring a Kitchen Attendant for its Querencia at Barton Creek community in Austin, TX. The role supports daily kitchen operations including dishwashing, stocking, and maintaining safe chemical and cleaning procedures.

Position offers hourly pay and fair scheduling within a nonprofit senior living organization focused on service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Wash and sanitize pots, dishes, utensils, carts, etc. using mechanical or handwashing methods.
• Stock and rotate food and non-food supplies with proper storing techniques.
• Maintain appropriate chemical amounts and temperatures for dish machines and sinks.
• Perform closing procedures: sweeping, mopping, trash removal, ensure equipment is off and storage is secure.
