Job summary

Parker’s Kitchen is hiring a Kitchen Associate in Lexington, SC to support the kitchen operations team by providing exceptional customer service while handling food and beverage preparation and general kitchen housekeeping duties.

You will interact with customers and coworkers, ensure timely food preparation, maintain safety standards, stock supplies, and assist in training others. This role requires reliability, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old at hire.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to stand 8–10 hours.

• Prepare all made‑to‑order food and/or beverages according to recipe or customer specifications.

• Complete cleanliness tasks to ensure all food and beverage service areas are free of any residue, debris and spills.
• Adhere to the Safety and Health Policy to maintain a safe and compliant environment.

Requirements

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods, ranging from 8 to 10 hours.
• Ability to push or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing and reaching, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in environments with wet floors, temperature fluctuations, and loud noise levels.
