Job summary

Vitality Living is seeking a Kitchen Assistant / Dishwasher for the Aspire at West End Community. You will help with dishwashing, meal service support, and maintaining a clean kitchen in a vibrant senior living environment.

Responsibilities include preparing, washing, storing dishes, assisting cooks, and delivering supplies to resident areas while adhering to health and safety guidelines. This part-time role offers bonuses and 401(k) benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Maintain health-related requirements per state regulations.
• Maintain food handler permits and any other certifications as required by regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, wash, and store dishes.
• Clean and sanitize the dishwashing area.
• Assist with serving meals, setting tables, and bussing tables.
• Deliver and retrieve kitchen supplies from resident apartments.
• Assist Cooks in cleaning food service areas and equipment, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Culinary Services, Sous Chef, or Cook(s).
