Job summary

Claiborne Senior Living at Roswell is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Assistant / Dishwasher to help deliver a welcoming, high-quality dining experience for residents. You’ll play a key role in maintaining clean, safe kitchen and dining areas while supporting a caring team.

In this fast-paced, resident-focused role you’ll handle dish transport, washing, and sanitation, assist with daily clean-up, and interact with residents and staff in a friendly, professional manner.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Previous restaurant or dining experience preferred.
• Experience with seniors is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Transport dishes, utensils, and equipment to and from the kitchen.
• Wash, sanitize, and properly store all kitchen items.
• Keep the dish room, kitchen, and dining areas clean and organized.
• Assist with kitchen breakdown and daily cleaning tasks.
• Support dining room service when needed.
• Maintain a safe environment by following sanitation and safety standards.
• Interact with residents, families, and guests in a friendly and professional way.
• Communicate any concerns about resident well-being to your supervisor.
• Work as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly.
