Pay Rate: From 1st April, the rate of pay is £12.90, with an additional £1.20 per hour for hours worked between 12am and 6am as an incentive.

We have exciting plans at Bournemouth Airport and are looking for Full Time/Part Time permanent Kitchen Assistants to join our team at Evergreen.

We offer shifts between 2:00am and 11:00pm, including weekends, to match your flexibility.

• Applicants must be 18 years or over due to responsibilities within the role.
• Successful candidates will need to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations.
• Previous kitchen experience is required.

As a Kitchen Assistant, you'll:

• Assist with deliveries.
• Prepare meats and vegetables.
• Support fellow chefs.
• Manage stock rotation.
• Maintain kitchen and food safety standards.
• Manage time effectively for prep and service.
• Measure ingredients and portion sizes accurately.
• Perform cleaning duties as directed by the Kitchen Manager.
