Job summary

A Kight Home Center, a division of Carter Lumber, is seeking a Kitchen and Bath Sales Support member in Nashville, TN. The role focuses on supporting Kitchen Design and Sales Reps with day-to-day activities and CAD-like tasks using Design 2020, while building strong customer relationships.

You will be organized, personable, and eager to learn, with opportunities to move into a sales role as you gain experience and demonstrate problem-solving skills, time management, and accurate quoting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of kitchen and bath cabinetry, materials, finishes, and detailing.
• Working knowledge of Design 2020 and Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Detail-oriented with strong math skills for quotes and discounts.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Kitchen Design and Sales Reps with design tasks in 2020 and day-to-day activities.
• Maintain up-to-date information on customer product use and trends; support relationships.
• Learn and develop toward taking on a sales role when ready.

A Kight Home Center (adivision of Carter Lumber) is currently seeking a Kitchen and Bath Sales Support member! In this role, we need a proactive and reliable success-driven person! Since you will act as sales support, you must be organized with time management skills. Since you will work with customers and vendors, you must be personable and a problem-solver. In all aspects, you must be willingto learn!

First and foremost, this role is to aid Kitchen Design and Sales Reps indesigning using 2020 as well as inday-to-day activities. To maintain client relationships, you will keep up-to-date information on customers’ product use and trends.

This will lead to a move to sales when ready to handle position on your own.

Requirements

• Knowledge of kitchen and bath cabinetry, materials, finishes, and detailing

• Strong math skills: ability to calculate price quotes, discounts, and percentages
• Excellent communication skills: ability to articulate ideas both verbally and in writing
