Job summary

ProSource Wholesale in Colorado Springs seeks a Kitchen and Bath Designer (Design Sales) to join the showroom team. You will help trade pros and clients plan, design, and complete kitchen and bath projects, creating layouts and quotes using Cyncly Design Flex.

The role emphasizes design, sales, and strong customer relationships while coordinating orders from quote to delivery in a Monday–Saturday schedule. A minimum of 2 years in design or cabinetry sales is required; NKBA certification or

Qualifications

• 2+ years of kitchen and bath design and/or cabinetry sales experience.
• Experience with Cyncly Design Flex software.
• Comfortable with project management, sales, quoting, and order entry.

Responsibilities

• Partner with trade professionals and their clients to design and sell kitchen & bath projects.
• Create layouts and quotes using Cyncly Design Flex software.
• Guide customers through product selections and options.
• Manage orders from quote through delivery.
• Answer questions and keep projects moving forward.
• Support the sales team and help grow cabinetry business.

Location: ProSource of Colorado Springs Base Salary $60k-$70k + commission. First year potential $80k-$90k

What You'll Actually Be Doing
This is a design, sales, and project coordination role.

• Partner with trade professionals and their clients to design and sell kitchen & bath projects

• Participate in trainings and events to strengthen customer relationships

What We’re Looking For

• NKBA certification is a plus
• Degree in interior design is a plus
