Cadence Education in Columbia, SC is seeking a Preschool Assistant Cook to join our caring kitchen team. You will whip up nutritious, kid-friendly meals, deliver them to classrooms, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining area in a fast-paced preschool setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Compliance with state preschool cook regulations.

• Preferred: valid Food Handler’s Card or ServSafe certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with minor meal preparation and organize food/storage; manage dishwashing and deliver meals to classrooms; maintain kitchen organization and systems.
• Perform additional tasks such as laundry, cleaning equipment, and sanitizing toys.
