Job summary

GoTo Foods LLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Member for Schlotzsky’s corporate location in the United States. You will support multiple stations—prep, meat, cheese, bakery, and soups—executing recipe standards and maintaining speed of service.

You must be at least 18, follow safety and sanitation guidelines, handle knives safely, lift up to 50 pounds, and work as part of a fast-paced team. Training is provided, and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to operate certain kitchen equipment.
• Proficient in procedures for all kitchen stations and guest service stations.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Adhere to strict safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for all kitchen stations per recipes and PAR sheets.
• Maintain clean prep, meat/cheese, pizza, soup/salad, and bakery stations.
• Follow recipes, ticket orders, and pace to meet speed of service guidelines.
• Label, store, and handle foods safely; adhere to shelf-life requirements.
• Report to work on time and follow uniform and grooming standards.
