You assist in maximizing store profitability by achieving store sales goals. You ensure that store standards and processes for merchandising, and operations are well executed. You create an inclusive environment and set the example for customer engagement that exceeds industry standards. Assist in managing labor and payroll expenses to maximize sales and profitability.
