Compensation And Benefits

Our sales consultants earn a guaranteed minimum #all-in rate of $14-$21/hour, with additional earning potential through uncapped commissions.

What We Are Looking For

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift ten pounds and stand for long periods.

Training Requirements

Complete a 1-week training program, including possible overnight travel. Ongoing online and computer-based training is also required.
