Oklahoma Department of Human Services is hiring in the Child Welfare division across Antlers, Hugo, and Idabel. Positions include Level I–III Child Welfare Specialists with extensive training provided and a 5% incentive for a Master’s degree. Travel is extensive and requires a valid driver’s license. Announcements: 26-BC258 and JR66868.

These roles are within the Oklahoma Civil Service and offer comprehensive state employee benefits. On-call bonuses apply biweekly depending on duties.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree (any field) required for Level II.
• Master's degree grants 5% salary incentive (see announcement).
• Experience or education combinations acceptable for Level I.

• Conduct kinship resource family assessments for placement with kin.
• Interview parents, child, and family/community members to identify connections.
