General Summary:The Kinship Program Coordinator provides oversight and support to kinship foster homes. Program Coordinators support both kinship parents, kinship placements and other members within the home ensuring placement stability. The Program Coordinator serves as a liaison between referring agency, caregivers, and other community resources to support stable and nurturing placements.
