In this role you will offer one-on-one and on-site coaching, build relationships with local employers, and help clients address barriers through accommodations and supports. Travel throughout the service area is expected.

Qualifications

• Relevant work or life experience supporting individuals with disabilities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with current insurance.
• Willingness to travel throughout the service area.
• Ability to complete required background and drug screenings.
