Job summary

Sanford Health in Sioux Falls seeks a licensed King Air fixed-wing pilot to join Sanford Air Transport. You will fly company-owned King Air B200s on missions assigned by Sanford, adhering to FAA regulations and the company Operations Manual.

Responsibilities include ensuring safe, efficient flight operations from dispatch to termination, and collaborating with team members to adapt to changing conditions. The role requires a minimum of 2,000 fixed-wing hours, 250 multi-engine hours, turbine time

Qualifications

• Post secondary education with Part 135 experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2,000 fixed-wing flight hours.
• 250 multi-engine hours required, turbine time desired.
• FAA Commercial Certificate with Multi-Engine Land and instrument rating.
• Current second class medical certificate.
• Meet instrument currency requirements FAR 61.57(c).

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for all operations pertaining to the safe, efficient conduct of the flight from initial dispatch until termination of the flight.
• Demonstrate skills and experience as a pilot and work with team members to solve problems in changing environments.
• Comply with FAA regulations and the company Operations Manual, FARs, and Aircraft Flight Manual requirements.
• May be required to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call. All pilots share on-call and vacation coverage shifts.
