Highline Academy Northeast is seeking a Kindergarten Teaching Assistant to support a diverse student body and uphold the school's mission of academic, personal, and civic excellence. This role emphasizes caring for the whole child, strong classroom management, and collaboration with families.

Starting Salary Range: $34,000-$42,000. The position is on-site, with a 186-day work year and school-day hours 7:30 am–3:30 pm (4:30 pm on Fridays with early release).

• High School Degree or Equivalent.
• Experience appropriate to the assignment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
