Qualifications

We are seeking a degreed Kindergarten teacher committed to ReNEW’s mission of ensuring that all of our PK-8th grade students are academically and emotionally prepared to access the full range of life choices that are the fundamental right of every child in New Orleans.

This position is located at Schaumburg Elementary School- in New Orleans East

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Use goals to drive instruction.With your manager and team, you will set clear and ambitious short-term and long-term goals to drive your instruction and help your students succeed.

WHAT YOU BRING

In addition to the expectations listed above, you will bring the following to your school and students:

• Experience –At least 2 years of urban Kindergarten teaching experience with a record of student achievement. Experience with Tier 1 Curriculum preferred.
• Education –Bachelor’s degree required.
