Qualifications

• Candidate must be fully qualified as a Teacher per job posting.
• Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education is required.
• Texas State Certification in Elementary Education is required or preferred.
• Experience with Archdiocesan curriculum and Catholic education is valued.

Responsibilities

• Develops and administers elementary curriculum aligned with Archdiocesan goals.
• Creates lesson plans and instructional materials for effective learning.
• Conducts ongoing assessment and adjusts instruction for individual needs.
• Maintains accurate records of student progress, attendance and grades.
• Communicates with parents and staff regarding student progress and issues.
• Coordinates with grade-level colleagues on curriculum and instruction.
• Supervises students in activities outside class and during transportation.
• Administers standardized tests as part of Archdiocesan programs.
