Compass Community Schools in Memphis seeks an Elementary School Teacher for the 2026-27 year to foster a love of learning within a small setting. Elementary School Teacher Pay & Perks:

• Intentionally small school settings – K-8 sites have only about 225 students in total, and one classroom per grade level
• Collaborative professional development (PLCs) supported by a network level Director of English Language Arts
• 2.5 hours of planning each day
• Robust medical, dental, and vision plan with significant employer contributions to premiums

• Salary ranges from $55,000 to $67,000

Elementary Teacher Qualifications:
