• Monitor student progress using formative and summative assessments and adjust instruction to promote academic growth.
• Create meaningful learning experiences that foster critical thinking and student engagement.
• Maintain high academic expectations while supporting students in reaching ambitious learning goals.
• Promote regular student attendance through engaging instruction and positive communication with families.
• Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment and implement behavior expectations consistently.
• Communicate with families regarding student progress and participate in student support processes.
