Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned to district curriculum and provide written evidence of preparation.
• Plan and use instructional strategies and materials reflecting diverse learning styles and needs.
• Assess student learning and tailor interventions or extensions based on results.
• Collaborate with special education teachers to modify curricula per IEP guidelines.
• Work with staff to set instructional goals and supervise instructional aide(s) and volunteers.
