• Conducts ongoing assessments and differentiates instruction to meet student needs.
• Maintains records of student progress, grades, and attendance per district policy.
• Encourages parental involvement and maintains effective communication with families.
• Coordinates with grade-level staff to evaluate and enhance curriculum.
• Supervises students during activities and supports testing programs.
