Job summary

Nimble in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an Instructional Assistant who can build positive relationships with students and colleagues. The IA will provide instructional, clerical, supervisory and behavior management support to the classroom teacher, helping create a safe and engaging learning environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, confidentiality, effective communication with staff, students and visitors, and a willingness to grow professionally.

Qualifications

• The High School Diploma or General Education Degree is required.
• May require Nonviolent Crisis Prevention & Intervention Training (CPI).

The overall role of the IAis to provide support services to the classroom teacher.

Pay and Benefits:

• $14.00/hour
• 7.5 hours per day
• 180 days a year
