Stand Out Home Care™ is seeking kind, dependable caregivers to support our amazing clients through Missouri’s CDS (Consumer Directed Services) program.

Whether you’ve done this for years or you’re just starting out, we want you if you care deeply, you show up reliably, and you’re ready to work for a company that actually puts caregivers first. You'll help clients with personal care, light cooking, cleaning, and errands, and be someone they can talk to and trust.

Qualifications

• Registered on the FCSR or willing to register.
• Able to pass E-Verify (legal eligibility to work in the U.S.)
• Reliable — our clients depend on you!
• Willing to learn — heart is a must!
• Bilingual is a plus

Responsibilities

• Help clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, etc.)
• Light cooking, cleaning & running errands
• Be someone they can talk to, trust & smile with
• Support independence in the comfort of home
