Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Solution Consultant with Kinaxis RapidResponse expertise to lead implementation and optimization of supply chain planning processes. You will work across demand, supply, and production planning, delivering functional designs, training, and UAT support within an Agile team.

Required are 4–5 years of Kinaxis experience, plus 2–3 Kinaxis projects and a strong FMCG/CPG/retail/manufacturing background. Degree and certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of Kinaxis RapidResponse or similar solution implementations.
• 2-3 Kinaxis project implementations across industries.
• Experience in FMCG/CPG/Retail/Manufacturing; multinational exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Possess end-to-end supply chain business functional experience with ERP/SCM platforms.
• Visualize cross-functional processes across Demand planning, S&OP, Supply, Production planning and scheduling.
• Hands-on Kinaxis RapidResponse implementation for modules; design documentation and testing.
• Provide functional guidance on system capabilities and solution approaches.
• Configure Kinaxis RapidResponse and tailor solutions per client needs.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum team with stakeholders; support UAT and training.
