Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an Applications Development & Maintenance professional to support planning applications, especially Kinaxis Maestro, data integration, and related tooling. You will work with the Planning IT team across functional and technical tasks in a global context.

The role requires 4–8 years of experience, a related bachelor’s degree, and knowledge of demand/supply planning and databases. Remote-friendly, with extensive collaboration across teams and continuous improvement focus.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in planning or IT roles.
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, inventory and related business processes preferred.
• Kinaxis Maestro experience a plus.
• Integration tool development experience preferred (Talend, MDP or other).
• SQL and relational database skills preferred.
• Data analysis and Linux scripting skills preferred.
• Ability to grasp complex issues, even with incomplete or conflicting information.

Responsibilities

• Fully understand functional and technical capabilities of the Planning applications as well as needs of users and business processes.
• Participate in project related work as required, representing planning applications from a functional and development perspective.
• Build a strong working relationship with the Planning IT team and Kinaxis COE.
• Develop and implement Kinaxis and integration tool resources to support project and run related enhancements.
• Develop and deliver training for improvements/enhancements to COE team members as well as IT staff.
• Document test results and solutions and support change management processes.
• Coordinate testing, data validation and planner data input with business users during deployments.
