Job summary

Confidential Client in Wisconsin is seeking a Kinaxis Architect to join the Digital Supply Chain Solutions team. You will lead end-to-end Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations, translating business needs into scalable solution designs that drive measurable performance improvements.

You will collaborate with Agile delivery teams, own UAT, and guide customization and testing scenarios across demand planning, S&OP, and scheduling.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of Kinaxis RapidResponse experience including design and delivery ownership.
• Experience across 2-3 Kinaxis RapidResponse projects in multiple industries.
• Strong expertise in supply and capacity planning, production planning, MRPs, capacity planning.
• Ability to analyze supply chain data, perform fit-gap analysis, and translate insights into solutions.
• Experience in FMCG/CPG/Retail/Manufacturing environments and collaboration across multicultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Own solution architecture and functional design for Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations.
• Lead end-to-end supply chain process visualization across demand planning, S&OP, supply planning, production planning, and scheduling.
• Configure Kinaxis RapidResponse and guide customization based on client requirements, ensuring requirements are testable and traceable.
• Create functional design documentation, software specifications, and testing/training scenarios; evaluate current processes and identify improvement opportunities through fit-gap analysis.
• Partner with Agile/Scrum teams to deliver in a fast-paced, iterative environment—providing functional and process guidance to development teams, owning UAT, and supporting post-deployment enhancements.

Our client is seeking a Kinaxis Architect to join their team. As a Kinaxis Architect, you will be part of the Digital Supply Chain Solutions organization supporting Agile delivery teams. The ideal candidate will bring end-to-end supply chain planning expertise, strong hands‑on Kinaxis RapidResponse implementation experience, and the confidence to translate business needs into scalable solution designs that drive measurable performance improvements.

Pay Range: $100000 - $115000

What's the Job?

• Own solution architecture and functional design for Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations, supporting deployments and ongoing performance improvement initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end supply chain process visualization across demand planning, S&OP, supply planning, production planning, and scheduling to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Configure Kinaxis RapidResponse and guide customization based on client requirements, ensuring requirements are testable and traceable.
• Create functional design documentation, software specifications, and testing/training scenarios; evaluate current processes and identify improvement opportunities through fit-gap analysis.
• Partner with Agile/Scrum teams to deliver in a fast‑paced, iterative environment—providing functional and process guidance to development teams, owning UAT, and supporting post‑deployment enhancements.

What's Needed?

• 4-5 years of recent experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse (or similar solution implementations), including solution design and delivery ownership.
• Prior solution developer experience across 2-3 Kinaxis RapidResponse projects, ideally spanning multiple industry verticals.
• Strong functional expertise in supply and capacity planning, production planning, material requirements planning, long-term capacity planning, rough cut capacity planning, resource planning, capacity constraints, and scheduling.
• Ability to analyze supply chain operational data, perform fit-gap analysis, and translate insights into actionable solution approaches.
• Experience in FMCG/CPG/Retail/Manufacturing environments is preferred, along with strong collaboration skills across multi-cultural teams.
