Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is seeking a Kiln Operator in El Paso, TX to monitor tile movement through the kiln and support quality control. The role requires attention to process efficiency, safety, and accurate temperature logging during shifts.

The ideal candidate will inspect tiles for defects, collect lab samples, and collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, safe work environment while following ISO procedures and training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collect tile samples for lab analysis.
• Report issues to supervisor and follow ISO procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station and participate in training.
