Acme Brick Company is seeking a Burning Operator in Texas. This safety-sensitive role requires flexibility and reliability to support operations and maintain a pleasant work environment. You will be responsible for operating and monitoring kiln systems, adjusting temperatures, and ensuring brick quality.

The ideal candidate should have 1+ years of relevant experience, be computer literate, and able to gather and analyze information. PPE is provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must be a problem solver with the ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Must be able to gather and skillfully analyze information.
• Ability to wear PPE (personal protection equipment) – required and provided.

Responsibilities

• Transfer kiln cars in and out of the burners.
• Monitor the kiln for adjustments.
• Make changes to temperature as needed.
• Change the burners.
• Monitor brick quality.
