Qualifications

• 6 months work experience with one employer in the last 24 months.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean work area and comply with SOPs and JSAs.
• Visually inspect hog carcasses and trim contaminants.
• Act as trainer for on-the-job training of new team members.
• Monitor HACCP points and follow safety protocols.
