Job summary

Clarksville-Montgomery County School System is seeking a Special Education Educational Assistant (EA) in Grade G. H.P.D. 6.5 - shift will span 7 hours; start/end time TBD during interviews. D.P.Y.

- 196 days per year. Minimum qualification: EA applicants must meet one of the highly qualified standards for paraprofessionals, including 48 semester credits, an associate's degree or higher, or a passing score on the ETS ParaPro Assessment. Transcripts preferred.

Qualifications

• 48 semester credits in reading/writing/math from an accredited institution.
• Associate's degree or higher required.
• Passing score on the ETS ParaPro Assessment required.

High School Education/Equivalency PLUS #1, #2, or #3 -

1. 48 semester credits (earned), demonstrating proficiency in reading/writing/math at an accredited institution of higher education, OR
2. an associate's degreeor higher, OR
3. a passing score on the ETS ParaPro Assessment.

Transcripts preferred. If you do not satisfy the requirements in #1 or #2 above, please upload your high school diploma or equivalent, then contact Jacklyn Winegarden for more information about ParaPro testing. Without the required college credit, you must pass the assessment before being eligible for an interview.
