Kiehl’s, part of L’Oréal, is seeking a Keyholder in Paramus to support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service. You will help train staff, manage daily operations, and uphold brand standards on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cosmetic experience preferred.
• Prior key holder experience preferred.
• Customer service experience.
• Communication skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be willing to work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis is required. No immigration sponsorship offered.

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Kiehl’s family as a Keyholder. This position is responsible for assisting Store Manager in achieving store sales goals in conjunction with reaching individual sales goals established by management team. Provide superior customer service standards and develop customer relationships that will result in repeat business. Execute short and long term plans to achieve goals in support of the store’s business strategy. Responsible for product and brand image presentation while maintaining a neat and organized store.
