Job summary

KidStrong Everett is seeking energetic coaches to lead engaging classes for children from 6 months to 11 years old. You will inspire confidence, teamwork, and resilience while delivering a safe and fun experience for families in a dynamic center environment.

Join a passionate team focused on brain, physical, and character development, with opportunities for advancement and flexible scheduling including mornings, evenings, and some weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching children in the KidStrong age range.
• Experience talking to and educating parents about our curriculum.
• Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
• CPR certification.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and motivation skills.
• Self-starter who gets the job done.
• Availability to work Weekdays mornings 9:00–12:30 and/or evenings 3:30–7:30.
• Weekend availability 8:00 AM–2:30 PM.
• Flex schedule based on Center needs.
• Opportunities to increase hours through birthday parties and events.

WHAT IS KIDSTRONG?

At KidStrong, we help parents build stronger, smarter, more athletic kids. Our private training centers focus on the brain, physical and character development for ages crawling through 11 years old. KidStrong is a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by our professional coaches!

Coach Role

• We are looking for coaches with an athletic or coaching background who ideally have experience coaching kids ages 6 months - 11 years old.
• Lead Fun, High-Energy Classes: Deliver engaging KidStrong classes focused on building children's physical, brain, and character skills.
• Inspire & Motivate Kids: Help children develop confidence, independence, teamwork, and resilience.
• Create a Safe Environment: Ensure every child feels welcomed, supported, and safe during class.
• Bring the ENERGY! Lead by example with enthusiasm, positivity, creativity, and encouragement.
• Support Child Development: Adapt coaching techniques to different ages, abilities, and learning styles.
• Connect with Families: Communicate with parents about their child's progress, achievements, and milestones.
• Work as a Team: Collaborate with fellow coaches and leadership to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Maintain Center Standards: Assist with equipment setup, cleaning, organization, and daily operations.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age
• Experience talking to and educating parents on our curriculum
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
• CPR certified
• Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
• Self-starter that just gets a job done
• Availability to work on weekdays mornings 9-12:30PM and/or evenings 3:30pm - 7:30PM
• Availability to work on weekends 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Opportunity for a flexible work schedule depending on Center needs.
• Additional opportunity to increase scheduled hours through birthday party and center events coaching hours.
