We are seeking energetic individuals to join KidStrong. This role involves interacting with children aged walking to 11 years, leading activities, and helping create a positive, engaging environment for kids and families.
At KidStrong, we help parents build stronger, smarter, more athletic kids. KidStrong is a milestone accelerator for kids walking through 11 years old. We help parents discover their child’s superpowers and build future-ready kids who are confident making friends, running the playground, and raising their hands high in the classroom. In other words… kids who will win at life!
Does work have to be... work? We like to work hard and play harder because we\'re big kids at heart (iykyk). KidStrong is a vibe. A really fun, positive, happy one! Put on some black joggers and socks, and WORK IT. When we say #greatplacetowork, we mean it - snacks, living wages, and fun are all part of the pkg. Plus a flexible schedule and maybe even cake on the weekends.
A background in sports, fitness or working with children is a huuuuge plus!
Pay starts at $18 per hour. Average trained staff member earns $20+/hr! Our families are very generous and take good care of our party hosts on weekends. Our classes typically run weekdays 9am -12pm, evenings 4pm until 8pm, and weekends are typically from 8am-2pm (parties 2:30pm-8). We also have camp shifts (8:30am-3pm) when school is out.
