• Be the Best: Achieve Coach Certification and keep leveling up your skills like you're in a video game with our stellar training programs
• Family Friend: Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class – you're the reason they love KidStrong!
• Class Commander: Ensure classes run smoothly and on time, every time. No tardy bells here!
• Family Connector: Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong. Think of yourself as the social glue that keeps everyone together.
• Master of All: Coach class, camps, movie nights, and anything else your center leaders might ask for

Center Operations

• Event Enthusiast: Assist in community events and center initiatives. Party planner meets motivational speaker.
• Clean & Green: Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of our awesome center. Cleanliness is next to awesomeness.

• Coaching Background: Experience with kids aged walking - 11 years old. If you've coached a herd of cats, you're overqualified and also why did you do that?
• Passion for Kids: Non-negotiable. You must love working with children.

• Energetic & Fun: Bring high energy and a clear, engaging presence to every class.
