Job summary

KidStrong in Fort Worth, Texas is looking for enthusiastic coaches to foster brain, physical, and character development in children aged 15 months to 11 years. Qualifications

• Passion for working with children is essential.
• Previous management experience preferred but not required.
• Experience coaching children aged 15 months to 11 years is a plus.
• Knowledge of CPR certification required.

INSERT CENTER NAME HERE is looking for coaches with an athletic or coaching background to foster brain, physical, and character development in children aged 15 months to 11 years, following our evolving monthly curriculum.

OPEN ROLE & SCHEDULE

• Coaches with an athletic or coaching background who have experience coaching children aged 15 months to 11 years
• Coach children on brain, physical, and character development using the evolving monthly curriculum
• Communicate with parents/guardians about the rationale behind the KidStrong curriculum
• Set schedules for coaching staff
• Assess and evaluate center staff performance and execution
• Classes run weekdays 9am‑11am and evenings until 7pm
• Weekends start at 8am and run through lunchtime
• Opportunity for a flexible work schedule based on studio needs
• Opportunity to increase scheduled hours through birthday party coaching hours
• Prior experience as a pediatric OT/PT is a plus, but not required

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Passion for working with children is non‑negotiable
• Previous experience in management preferred but not required
• Prior experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age group preferred
• Prior experience speaking to and educating parents on KidStrong curriculum
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
• CPR certified
• Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
• Self‑starter who just gets the job done
