Calex-Sports-Inc is seeking an After School Yoga Instructor to lead engaging yoga classes for K-5 students at Bay Area elementary schools. You’ll foster a fun, supportive environment where children learn, express themselves, and thrive.

The role requires 19+ years old, a high school diploma, and reliability with transportation. Training is unpaid for up to two days; classes run Mon-Fri after-school, 1–1.5 hours each, with 2–5 hours per week.

Formación

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• At least a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous teaching or performing experience in yoga is preferred but not required.
• A genuine enjoyment of working with children and effective classroom management skills.
• Flexibility, reliability, punctuality, and a professional, enthusiastic approach are essential.
• Strong communication skills and a resilient, positive attitude.
• Must have reliable transportation throughout the Bay Area.

Responsabilidades

• Lead yoga classes for 8-16 students aged 5-10 using provided lesson plans.
• Manage engaging classes for 1-1.5 hours at various elementary schools across the Bay Area.
• Attend a maximum of two-day unpaid training/shadowing session to familiarize yourself with the program.
• Transport and set up yoga equipment for each class.
• Take attendance and manage student sign-in/out procedures; communicate with parents and school staff.
• Provide constructive feedback on each student’s progress.
• Capture photos of kids in action to showcase progress.
