Job summary

Calex-Sports-Inc is hosting after-school coaching programs in the Bay Area, with sessions Monday–Friday at various elementary schools. Coaches typically teach one class per day (about one hour), with optional extra 30 minutes pre-care. Pay ranges from $50–$65 per session, and all equipment is provided.

Candidates must be locally available for in-person work, be 19+, and complete training or shadowing before starting. Reliable transportation and a clean background are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 19+ years old.
• Must live locally and be available for in-person work.
• Experience in sports, coaching, or working with kids preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be fully vaccinated and willing to undergo TB test and Live Scan background check before starting.
• Must complete sending photo and short biography to upload on our website and introduce your experience in sports.

• Manage class size (8–16 students) and maintain a positive environment.
• Attend a 2-day training or shadowing session before starting.
• Equipment provided by the company.

Job Overview

Our programs are held at various elementary schools, Monday–Friday between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This is a part-time position where coaches typically teach one class per day (about one hour), with the possibility of an extra 30 minutes of pre-care. These sessions focus on creating a fun and energetic environment for younger and beginner-level children.

The pay ranges from $50–$65 per session, and all equipment is provided by us.

Requirements

• Must be 19+ years old upon application
• Candidates must currently live locally and be available for in-person work.
• Experience in sports you are applying, coaching, or working with kids is preferred but not required
• Enjoys working with children in a positive and active setting
• Flexible, reliable, and punctual
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have fully vaccinated and willing to undergo a TB test and Live Scan background check before starting work

Work Type

Part-time (2–5 hours per week) Pay: $50–$65 per session

Programs are offered at multiple schools across the Bay Area. Candidates must currently live locally and be available for in-person work.
