Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Columbus, OH is hiring a Kids Events Team Member to guide children through rock climbing, swimming, arts and crafts, gym games and more.

The role blends fun activities with nutrition education while maintaining a high level of safety for ages 3–13. You will lead groups up to 10 kids, model a positive attitude, keep activities organized, promote monthly events, and manage supplies within the department budget.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience.
• First Aid required within the first 60 days of hire.
• Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED required within the first 60 days of hire.
• Ability to tolerate loud noises.
• Ability to stand, walk, use hands, objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb ladders.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness and order of activities and programming in order to ensure safety
• Promotes monthly events and activities in order to increase participation and revenue
• Ensures use of supplies, snacks and drinks follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
