Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old for Swim Instructor role.
• Must be at least 15 years old for Lifeguard role with current certifications (Red Cross or equivalent).
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications required.
• Previous teaching or swim experience a plus (paid training provided).

Responsabilités

• Train with mentor to learn our proven swim instruction methods.
• Teach weekly lessons for children ages 6 months - 12 years.
• Maintain safety as a top priority in and around the pool.
• Monitor pool activities and enforce rules (lifeguard duties).
