Job summary

Life Time Las Vegas is looking for a Kids Supervisor for PNO events to lead engaging, safe activities for children during Kids Events and Parents Night Out. You will greet members, run crafts and games, and ensure a secure, fun environment.

The role includes promoting Life Time Kids programs and evaluating staff performance. Ideal candidates have strong customer service and communication skills, experience with children, and the ability to engage groups.

Qualifications

• Must complete all required Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before first day.
• First Aid and Infant/Child CPR/AED certifications required within 60 days.
• Must meet all state or federal requirements before first day.

Responsibilities

• Greets, acknowledges, and interacts with members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Engages children in interactive activities including storytelling, crafts, singing, and games.
• Ensures a safe, healthy environment regarding toys, equipment, children, and surroundings.
• Maintains operational documentation, audits, and staffing checklists.
• Promotes and sells Life Time Kids programs, products and services.
• Completes Team Member Evaluations and provides coaching as needed.

Position Summary

The Kids Supervisor - PNO enforces and provides best-in-class engagement and play. Manages and implements engaging safe, fun and entertaining activities and games for children during our Kids Events and Parents Night Out programs.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Greets, acknowledges, and interacts with members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Engages children in interactive activities that include storytelling, organized arts and crafts, singing, and games
• Monitors and interacts with children to maintain a safe and healthy environment with respect to the toys, sports equipment, other children, and surroundings
• Maintains the operational documentation, audits and delegates cleaning checklist and staffing
• Promotes and sells Life Time Kids programs, products and services
• Completes Team Member Evaluations, provides feedback and coaching as needed

Minimum Required Qualifications

Licenses / Certifications / Registrations:

• Must complete all required Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before 1st day of work
• First Aid certification, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within the first 60 days of hire
• Completion of all state or federal requirements prior to first day of work

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with children
• The ability to engage a group of children in an activity
• Customer service and strong communication skill
