Job summary

Super Soccer Stars is hiring energetic Youth Soccer Coaches to lead engaging pre-soccer classes for toddlers to preteens in the North Atlanta/Alpharetta area. You will teach soccer basics, balance, and coordination through music and movement.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with children/toddlers/infants is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children, parents, and colleagues.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about working with young children and has prior experience as a sports coach, teacher, camp leader, or in a similar role. This position is perfect for individuals interested in early childhood education or child development.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement lesson plans based on the company's existing curriculum
• Teach soccer skills, physical literacy, and life skills to small groups of children
• Maintain a positive, fun, and safe learning environment for all participants
• Communicate effectively with parents, providing progress reports and addressing any concerns or questions
• Model and promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect for self and others
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve coaching skills and knowledge of the company's curriculum
• Assist with setup and cleanup of equipment and supplies for classes and events
