Job summary

Sharkey’s Cuts for Kids, Lake Forest is seeking a friendly, energetic receptionist to be part of our family-friendly salon. You will greet guests, manage appointments, and help keep the store running smoothly.

Responsibilities include selling hair care products, disinfecting equipment, assisting with marketing activities, and reporting to the Salon Manager. Must be able to work Sundays and be legally eligible to work in the US.

Qualifications

• Sales experience and able to educate clients on retail products
• Should be able to work on Sunday
• Wear a smile
• Legal to work in US

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests and offer friendly, prompt and exceptional service
• Manages the salon software, customer appointments and salon traffic flow
• Sell hair care products
• Disinfect all the store equipment and keep the store clean and tidy
• Assist in salon marketing activities
• Report to Salon Manager and/or Salon Owner
