Job summary

Pigtails & Crewcuts: Haircuts for Kids – Greenwood is seeking a salon manager to lead our child-focused team and deliver our signature experience. You will oversee daily operations, licensing compliance, scheduling, and customer interactions to ensure exceptional results for families.

The role emphasizes safety, a fun environment, and staff development, with emphasis on maintaining service quality and salon standards in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain a current Cosmetology/Barber license.
• Lead the salon team to deliver excellent services and grow salon volume.
• Manage day-to-day operations including opening/closing, staff behavior, safety, appointments, and feedback.
• Schedule receptionists and hairstylists to ensure adequate coverage.
• Lead recruiting efforts that meet licensing and company requirements.
• Monitor supplies, retail, and equipment and order stock as needed.
• Ensure salon cleanliness and readiness to pass QA programs.
• Deliver the Pigtails & Crewcuts experience with warmth and professionalism.

Responsibilities
